总结1例脊髓内马尔尼菲篮状菌感染伴脓毒性休克患儿的护理体会。 针对患儿出现的脓毒性休克、难治性腹胀、下肢肌力恢复困难等问题，采取了积极抗休克、抗感染治疗、胃肠道功能保护以及个性化的康复训练等措施。 经过53 d的积极治疗与精心护理，患儿痊愈出院。

To summarize the nursing care experience of a child with septic shock caused by Talaromyces marneffei （TM） infection. In view of the problems such as septic shock，refractory abdominal distension and difficulty in lower limb muscle strength recovery，active anti-shock and anti-infection treatment，gastrointestinal function protection and personalized rehabilitation training were taken. After 53 days of active treatment and careful care，the child was recovered and discharged.
