总结了1例应激性心肌病患者经体外膜肺氧合救治的护理体会。 针对应激性心肌病患者需避免处于应激状态，给予患者降低应激反应的护理；同时对于患者出现循环衰竭问题，做好体外膜肺氧合仪器管理。 经过10 d的治疗和护理，患者康复出院。

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with stress cardiomyopathy treated by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. For the patient with stress cardiomyopathy，it was necessary to avoid being in a state of stress and give the care to reduce stress response. At the same time，for patient with circulatory failure， we had done a good job in the nursing of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. After 10 days of treatment and nursing，the patient recovered and discharged.
