早产儿对节律能力的感知影响其日后的社交互动和社会能力发展，而新生儿重症监护室（neonatal intensive care unit，NICU）环境却不能为早产儿提供子宫内相同频率的节律刺激。该文综述了NICU早产儿节律刺激的意义及作用原理，单一、二元、多元节律刺激的应用及效果，旨在为国内临床医护人员了解并开展早产儿节律刺激的干预提供借鉴。
The perception of rhythmic ability in premature infants affects their future development of social interaction and social ability，while the NICU environment cannot provide premature infants with the same frequency of rhythmic stimulation in the uterus. This article summarizes the significance and principle of rhythmic stimulation in NICU premature infants，the application and effect of single，dual and multiple rhythmic stimulation interventions in premature infants，in order to provide reference for medical staff to understand and implement rhythmic stimulation intervention in premature infants.
