摘要

总结1例感染猪疱疹病毒致重症脑膜脑炎,伴发双眼急性视网膜坏死患者的护理体会。护理要点:在进行抗病毒、抗感染、大量激素冲击治疗、镇静、机械通气等治疗同时,做好病情观察;实施眼部手术后护理、接触性隔离护理、肺康复护理及多项对症护理措施。患者于入院后第22天,临床治愈出院。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with severe meningoencephalitis caused by porcine herpesvirus infection,accompanied by acute retinal necrosis in both eyes. While providing antiviral,anti-infective,high-dose hormone shock therapy,sedation,mechanical ventilation and other treatments,we also observed the condition well. We implemented postoperative care for eye surgery,contact isolation care,pulmonary rehabilitation care,and multiple targeted nursing measures. The patient was clinically cured and discharged on the 22nd day after admission.
