总结全国首例闭环脊髓神经接口系统治疗脊髓损伤患者的围手术期护理体会。护理要点：组建全程管理小组，提供全方位专业支持；脊髓硬膜外电刺激协同下实施以躯干运动控制为核心的分阶段康复策略；重视神经源性膀胱及肠道，制订科学管理计划，做好刺激器的维护及管理；落实延续性护理。经过精心治疗和护理，患者术后第15天实现了膝关节辅助锁定下站立，后转当地医院进一步康复治疗。随访2个月，患者已实现在助行器辅助下行走100 m并踏上5 cm台阶。

To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of the first spinal cord injury patient treated with a closed-loop spinal cord neural interface system in China. The key nursing points included establishing a comprehensive management team to provide full-spectrum professional support，implementing a phased rehabilitation strategy focused on trunk motor control under the synergistic effect of epidural electrical stimulation（EES），emphasizing neurogenic bladder and bowel management with a scientifically formulated plan to guide stimulator maintenance and management，and providing continuity of care. Through meticulous treatment and nursing，the patient achieved standing with assisted knee locking by postoperative day 15 and was subsequently transferred to a local hospital for further rehabilitation. At the 2-month follow-up，the patient was able to walk 100 meters with a walking aid and step up onto a 5 cm（2 inch） step.
