猫咬伤致新型布尼亚病毒感染患者的护理

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结1例猫咬伤导致新型布尼亚病毒感染的护理体会。护理要点：通过不典型伤口追溯感染源;建立白细胞危象预警机制;中医手法治疗顽固性呕吐;实施闭环感控管理;预防创伤后综合征。患者住院7 d出院,恢复良好。

关键词: 布尼亚病毒科感染, 白细胞减少, 蜱咬伤, 中医护理, 感染控制

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a case of novel Bunyavirus infection caused by cat bites. Nursing points included identification of novel Bunyavirus by atypical wounds,establishment of leukocyte early warning mechanism,traditional Chinese medicine means to treat refractory vomiting,implementation of closed-loop infection control process,the prevention of post-traumatic syndrome. The patient was hospitalized for 7 days and discharged with good recovery.
