摘要：
报告1例因 醉酒后跪姿昏睡5 h导致骨筋膜室综合征、横纹肌溶解症患者的护理经验。护理要点:密切观察双下肢缺血~再灌注损伤征兆;创面持续有效负压引流;做好连续性肾脏替代治疗护理;早期进行双下肢功能锻炼，促进患者康复。43 d后患者痊愈出院。
