摘要：
护理专业学位硕士研究生的培养是满足临床对急危重症高级实践护士需求的重要途径。该文综述了护理专业学位硕士研究生急危重症核心能力的研究现状,通过借鉴国外急危重症高级实践护士核心能力的培养方案,提出在中国现有国情下护理专业学位硕士研究生培养的相关建议,为进一步培养中国急危重症专业护理人才提供参考依据。
