摘要:
报告了1例脑梗死患者鼻饲酸奶溶解食管梗阻物的护理经验。护理要点:分析梗阻物性质,利用酸奶中的微生物解除梗阻;分析食管梗阻产生的根本原因并制订相应的预防措施,以减少和预防营养管、 食管堵塞的发生。
