ICU环境感染预防及管理的循证护理实践

摘要：

目的将ICU环境感染预防及管理的最佳证据应用于临床实践，旨在提高ICU护士对环境清洁与消毒相关知识的掌握度及相关行为的依从性。方法运用 循证护理方法获取最佳证据总结，制订环境清洁与消毒的审查指标,规范临床实践;通过多模式相结合的培训方式,对护理人员进行相关培训,比较实践变革前后护理人员对最佳证据的知晓情况及依从性。结果最佳证据应用后,ICU护士关于环境感染证据的依从性大幅提升,ICU护士对环境清洁与消毒相关理论知识得分由(68.75+8.55)分上升为(92.16+6.77)分,差异有统计学意义(l=12.164, P<0.001)。结论基于循证的临床实践变革可有效推动ICU环境感染的预防及管理工作,提高护士感控相关的理论及实践水平。

Abstract:

Objective To apply the best evidence of environmental infection prevention and management into practice in ICU, aiming to improve ICU nurses' knowledge on environmental cleaning and disinfection and compliance with related behaviors. Methods We used evidence-based nursing method to summarize the best evidence ,developed the environmental cleaning and disinfection audit indicators and regulated clinical practice. We trained nursing staff through multiple modes. The knowledge and compliance of nursing staff to the best evidence before and after the practice reform was Compared. Results After the application of the best evidence , the compliance of ICU nurses with the evidence of environmental infection was greatly improved, and the score of ICU nurses’ knowledge on environmental cleaning and disinfection increased from (68.75+8.55) points to (92. 16+6.77) points with statistically significant difference (t=12. 164 ,P<0.001). Conclusion The clinical practice reform based on evidence can effectively promote the prevention and management of ICU environmental infection and improve the theoretical and practical level of nurse in infection control.
