创伤性休克研究热点的聚类分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析国内外创伤性休克研究的发文情况、研究热点及研究趋势,为相关人员开展创伤性休克研究提供参考。方法在中国知网与Web of Science（WOS）核心合集数据库检索与创伤性休克相关的文献,检索日期均截至2022年10月1日。运用VOSviewer 1.6.18软件进行可视化聚类分析。结果共检索到中国知网文献2 860篇,WOS数据库文献832篇。WOS数据库与中国知网发文量排名第一的期刊分别是Shock和创伤外科杂志;发文量排名第一的机构分别为Rutgers State University New Brunswick（罗格斯大学新布朗斯维克分校）和第三军医大学大坪医院;中国知网的创伤性休克研究热点集中于创伤失血性休克、创伤性休克的早期救治及其护理等方面,WOS数据库的创伤性休克研究热点集中于创伤失血性休克、创伤性休克基础研究及急救等方面。结论创伤性休克研究的发文量基本呈上升趋势,围绕创伤性休克展开的基础研究仍是热点领域,未来研究者可针对该领域的基础研究、早期液体复苏、院前高效急救、远程快速救治及综合护理干预开展更多的研究。

Abstract: Objective This study analyzed the publications,research hotspots and trends of traumatic shock at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel in this field to carry out academic research on traumatic shock. Methods Related literatures on traumatic shock were retrieved from Web of Science（WOS）core collection database and CNKI database. Retrieval date was as of October 1,2022. VOSviewer 1.6.18 was used for visual cluster analysis. Results A total of 2 860 literatures were retrieved from CNKI and 832 literatures from WOS database. Shock and Trauma Surgery Journal ranked first in the number of publications of WOS and CNKI. Rutgers State University New Brunswick and Daping Hospital of Third Military Medical University ranked first in the number of publications respectively. The research hotspots of traumatic shock in CNKI focused on traumatic hemorrhagic shock,early treatment and nursing of traumatic shock,while the research hotspots of traumatic shock in WOS focused on traumatic hemorrhagic shock,basic research of traumatic shock and first aid. Conclusion The number of published papers on traumatic shock is basically on the rise,and basic research on traumatic shock is still a hot field. In the future,researchers can carry out more studies on basic research,early fluid resuscitation,efficient pre-hospital first aid,remote rapid treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention in this field.
