垂体腺瘤术后患者颈内动脉假性动脉瘤破裂出血的护理

摘要：

总结1例垂体腺瘤术后患者继发颈内动脉假性动脉瘤破裂出血的护理体会。针对术后出现鼻腔大量出血的护理问题，采取制订和启动抢救预案、维持血压稳定、加强专科护理以及强化护患沟通等措施。通过紧急救护和精心护理，患者转危为安，术后第21天康复出院。

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with secondary internal carotid pseudoaneurysm rupture and bleeding after pituitary adenoma surgery. For the nursing issues of massive nasal bleeding after surgery，we developed and initiated emergency plans，maintained blood pressure stability，strengthened specialized nursing and nurse-patient communication. Through emergency rescue and careful nursing，the patient recovered and was discharged 21 days after operation.
