Abstract

Incontinence-associated dermatitis（IAD)is a major skin problem worldwide. Risk prediction model can screen out high risk patients of IAD,so as to identify and intervene early. This paper reviewed the basic situation,construction method and prediction performance of risk prediction model of incontinence-associated dermatitis,so as to provide reference for clinical medical staff to implement skin prevention management. However,risk factors should be comprehensively included,and emphasis should be placed on the application of the model.
