According to the treatment characteristics of patients with severe burn and blast combined injuries caused by tanker truck explosions,we summarized nursing management experience in the treatment of public health emergency. Nursing management points included：establishing a nursing team with patient-centered and subspecialized nursing as basic unit,and a team leader as the core,namely "one patient,one team"; implementing a positive and negative two-way quality management model based on a three-level quality management system. Through the implementation of individualized and precise emergency treatment management strategy,the 30-day survival rate of patients reached 100%,and the 90-day survival rate reached 60.0%. There were no adverse effects during the period.
