Abstract:

Objective To establish a sensitive index system of nursing quality of ICU patients with extracorporeal membrane oxy genation (ECMO) ,and to provide scientific and objective basis for monitoring the quality of ECMO nursing. Methods The evidence-based method was used to synthesize the evidence, which laid the foundation for the construction of the ECMO specialized technology nursing quality sensitive index system. The index contents in line with clinical practice were selected through group discussion ,and the sensitivity index , definition and standard of ECMO specialized technology nursing quality were initially formulated. Through two rounds of expert consultation, the sensitive index system of nursing quality of ECMO specialized technology was improved and established. Results Based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation model,a sensitive index system of ECMO specialized technical nursing quality was constructed , including 19 indicators. The positive coefficient of experts in two rounds of consultation were 86.7% and 93.3%, the authority coefficient were 0.923 and 0.936 ,and the coordination coefficient were 0.416 and 0.478. Conclusion The construction of ECMO specialized technology nursing quality sensitive index system is scientific and reliable, which can provide the theoretical basis for the improvement of ECMO nursing quality.
