垂体腺瘤术后患者颈内动脉假性动脉瘤破裂出血的护理

Abstract

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with secondary internal carotid pseudoaneurysm rupture and bleeding after pituitary adenoma surgery. For the nursing issues of massive nasal bleeding after surgery,we developed and initiated emergency plans,maintained blood pressure stability,strengthened specialized nursing and nurse-patient communication. Through emergency rescue and careful nursing,the patient recovered and was discharged 21 days after operation.
