Abstract: Objective To summarize the practical experience of allopatry emergency rescue management scheme in a batch of patients with octafluorocyclobutane gas poisoning,and to provide reference for nursing managers to deal with public emergencies scientifically. Methods Emergency rescue nursing management plan was constructed based on the concept of combining peacetime and wartime,which included three steps：taking precautions before emergency rescue and overall planning; rapid response and efficient treatment during emergency rescue; summarizing and feedback,optimizing and improving after emergency rescue. After implementation of rescue management,we continuously monitored nursing quality and patient safety. Results The allopatry emergency rescue management scheme was applied in treatment of 76 patients with octafluorocyclobutane gas poisoning. After 30 days of treatment with efficient cooperation of multiple departments,75 patients were cured and discharged,and 1 case entered the rehabilitation stage. Conclusion The allopatry emergency rescue management can effectively deal with the emer-gency treatment of public health emergencies in different places,and can ensure the smooth implementation of rescue.
