Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with neurofibroma complicated with a ruptured pseudoaneurysm of the neck and shoulder. In view of the increasing neck and shoulder hematoma, rapid disease progress and short preoperative preparation time in this patient,we adopted deep sedation combined with analgesia to establish an advanced airway,opened dual venous access,cooperated within the emergency team,and initiated intra-hospital critical care patient transfer process,implemented good postoperative care. After 13 days of active treatment and meticulous care,the patient successfully recovered and was discharged from the hospital.
