Abstract: Kabuki syndrome is a rare multiple malformation syndrome,and few nursing reports were published. This paper summarized the experience of nursing care of a child with Kabuki syndrome and soft palate cleft. The main points of nursing care included formulating strategies to prevent hypoglycemia before operation,choosing appropriate spoons and correct feeding methods,actively prevention of infection and suffocation. The child was successfully discharged after 11 days of admission. Six weeks of outpatient follow-up showed that he recovered well.
