摘要

心理社会适应是个体为维持身心环境的最佳状态,不断进行自我调节以适应环境变化的过程。起搏器植入术后患者低水平的心理社会适应会导致自残、自杀等严重不良事件。该文对心理社会适应的概念、影响因素及干预措施进行综述,旨在为临床医护人员实施科学的心理指导及干预提供参考。

Abstract

Psychosocial adaptation is a process in which individuals constantly adjust themselves to adapt to environmental changes in order to maintain the best state of physical and mental environment. The low level of psychosocial adaptation of patients after pacemaker implantation can lead to serious adverse events such as self-harm and suicide. This paper reviews the concepts,influencing factors and intervention measures of psychosocial adaptation,aiming to provide reference for clinical staff to implement scientific psychological guidance and intervention.
