摘要/Abstract

摘要： 总结1例骨髓移植后闭塞性细支气管炎患儿行肺移植治疗的护理体会。针对患儿年龄偏小、疾病复杂、2次移植、配合度不足等问题,采取个体化的儿童肺康复护理,包括游戏式、奖励式呼吸功能锻炼,改良式俯卧位通气,阶梯式运动锻炼,并发症护理,序贯营养支持等。经过120 d的治疗及护理,患儿病情稳定出院。出院后2个月随访,患儿恢复良好。

Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of lung transplantation in a child with bronchiolitis obliterans after bone marrow transplantation. Individualized children pulmonary rehabilitation nursing was taken for the patient's young age,complex disease,two transplants,insufficient engagement for cooperation,etc. That included game-style and reward-based respiratory exercises,modified prone ventilation,step-by-step exercise sequential nutritional support and psychological nursing. After 120 days of treatment and nursing,the patient was discharged from the hospital in a stable condition. The child recovered well during two months follow-up.
