Postoperative nursing care of a patient with allograft small bowel transplantation combined with abdominal wall transplantation

摘要： 总结1例异体小肠移植联合腹壁移植患者的术后护理体会,针对患者危重的病情、复杂的手术、困难的造口护理等问题,采取加强腹壁皮肤及移植肠造口的观察及护理、全程个性化营养支持和联合免疫抑制方案的应用等措施。经过多学科团队合作的精心治疗及护理,患者术后第42天从移植ICU顺利转入普通病房康复治疗。

Abstract: To summarize the postoperative nursing experience of a patient with allogeneic small bowel transplantation combined with abdominal wall transplantation. In view of the critical condition of the patient,complicated surgery,difficult stoma care and other problems,the observation and care of the abdominal wall skin and transplanted intestinal stoma were strengthened,personalized nutritional support throughout the entire process and combined immunosuppressive programs were adopted. After careful treatment and nursing of multi-disciplinary cooperation,the patient was successfully transferred from the intensive care unit to the general ward for rehabilitation on the 42th day after operation.
