摘要/Abstract

摘要： 回顾分析25例急性淋巴细胞白血病（acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL）粒细胞缺乏伴脓毒性休克患儿的临床特点及急救护理经验。针对ALL粒细胞缺乏患儿免疫功能缺乏、病情危重、进展迅速等特点,通过护理观察,识别脓毒性休克早期特异性临床表现,配合医生采取集束化急救护理措施,包括1 h内完成初步液体复苏、大剂量激素及抗微生物经验性治疗、给予高流量吸氧改善组织缺氧及其他对症护理措施。该组病例脓毒性休克得到有效控制。

Abstract: To retrospectively analyze the clinical features and emergency nursing experience of septic shock in 25 cases with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and agranulocytosis. The patients' condition was critical and progressive due to the deficiency of immune system. Through nursing observation,the nurse identified early specific clinical manifestations of septic shock,cooperated with doctors to take cluster emergency nursing measures including initial fluid resuscitation within one hour,large dose of hormones and the application of empirical antibiotics,giving high flow oxygen to optimize tissue oxygen delivery and other symptomatic nursing measures. Shock was effectively corrected in this group of cases.
