  Professor Jin Jingfen is the editor-in-chief of Chinese Journal of Emergency and Critical Care Nursing, she is a chief nurse, professor, doctoral advisor, National Advanced Worker. Professor Jin is currently Chairman of the Nursing Professional Committee of Asian Emergency and Critical Care Medicine Association, Chairman of Emergency Nursing Professional Committee of Chinese Nursing Association, Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee of National Nursing Professional Clinical Academic Experts, Chairman of the Nursing Professional Committee of the Chinese Emergency Medicine Society, Vice Chairman of the Nursing Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, Chairman of the Emergency Care Committee of Zhejiang Nursing Association, President Assistant of the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine and Executive President of Changxing Hospital.

  Professor Jin serves as Chairman of Emergency Nursing Professional Committee of Chinese Nursing Association which is the only emergency professional nursing organization at national level in China. She has actively promoted and guided the development of emergency nursing. She conducted national studies on emergency triage scale and is leading the formulation of the national health industry standard "Emergency Triage Standards", which provides objective, quantitative and reliable standards for emergency triage nurses in China. In order to encourage the development of emergency nursing in remote areas, Professor Jin has led the committee members to Xinjiang, Hunan Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, other impoverished mountainous areas in Guizhou Province to provide professional technical guidance and lectures for more than 100 times, and trained nearly 10,000 grassroots medical staff since 2015. These have effectively promoted the coordinated development of first aid technology in urban and rural areas. Since the launch of the "National Science Popularization Day-Popularizing Public First Aid and Protecting Our Life" in September 2018, a series of popular science public welfare activities have been organized and carried out every year to build a seamless bridge between public first aid and professional emergency care. During the COVID-19 epidemic, Professor Jin shared the "Emergency Care Management Strategy during the COVID-19 Epidemic" with international professionals and organized experts to form the "Experts Consensus on the Prevention and Control of Respiratory Infectious Diseases in Emergency Care" to standardize the epidemic prevention and control in emergency department.

  Professor Jin has undertaken or participated in nearly 20 scientific research projects including the national natural science fund, national public welfare industry scientific research project. She published more than 90 academic papers and received 10 provincial and Chinese nursing scientific and technological achievements awards. She edited more than 10 professional books, including the editor-in-chief of the National Emergency Specialized Nurse Training Textbook and Clinical Nursing Post Competency Training Series "Emergency and Critical Care Nursing"; the deputy editor-in-chief of the "13th Five-Year" undergraduate planning textbook "Emergency and Critical Care Nursing". All these lay a good foundation for the training of national emergency and critical care professionals.

  As the first editor-in-chief of this journal, Professor Jin has organized and planned columns such as "New Coronary Pneumonia Nursing", "Early Rehabilitation Nursing", and "Group Burns and Blast Injury Care", and is committed to guiding the frontiers of the national emergency and critical care research. Chinese Journal of Emergency and Critical Care Nursing has been included in Wanfang and CNKI Database.
