Abstract: Objective To retrieve, evaluate and summarize the best evidence for the prevention of deep veinthrombosis in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Guidelines, evidence summaries, expert consensus, systematic reviews and clinical decisions on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were retrieved from evidence-based databases, comprehensive databases and professional association websites. The search period was from January 2011 to March 2023. Four researchers independently evaluated the quality of the literature, and two researchers extracted and summarized the evidence that met the quality standards. Results A total of 14 articles were included, including 2 clinical decisions,5 guidelines,2 systematic reviews, and 5 expert consensuses. Finally,31 pieces of evidence were summarized from 7 aspects, including risk factor assessment, basic prevention, mechanical prevention, drug prevention, prevention of neurological complications, informed consent, and first aid for sudden aneurysm rupture. Conclusion The best evidence for prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage can provide evidence-based basis for clinical medical staff. It is recommended that medical staff adopt the evidence according to clinical practice to reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
