回顾分析杭州第19届亚运会医疗急救保障中护理体系的建设经验。护理工作是大型体育赛事医疗保障体系的重要环节之一,为赛事的顺利举办奠定了坚实基础,本文系统总结医疗急救保障中全流程护理保障的要点和主要做法,重点对护理人员的选拔、培训、演练考核等大型体育赛事护理保障体系建设与实践进行剖析,为今后大型体育赛事的医疗急救保障护理工作提供借鉴和参考。

To review and analyze the construction of nursing security system in the medical emergency support of the 19th Asian Games,Hangzhou. Nursing work is one of the important links in the medical security system of large-scale sports events and provides a solid foundation for the smooth operation of the events,this paper systematically summarizes the key points and main practices of the whole process nursing security in medical emergency security,focusing on the selection and training of nursing personnel,exercise and assessment,and provides reference for medical emergency nursing work in large-scale sports events in the future.
