目的 编制公众实施心肺复苏行为意向量表,并对其进行信效度检验。方法 以计划行为理论(theory of planned behavior,TPB)为基本框架,通过文献回顾、半结构访谈和德尔菲专家函询编制预测试量表。2023年4月在上海市杨浦区某社区对30名公众进行面对面预调查,形成测试版量表。2023年5月—6月,采用滚雪球抽样,对786名微信用户进行网络问卷调查,筛选量表条目并检验量表信效度。结果 量表最终保留4个维度,分别为行为意向、行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制,共42个条目。条目水平的内容效度指数为0.867~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.844;探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为80.817%;验证性因子分析结果显示,量表结构模型的拟合指数良好。量表总的Cronbach‘s α系数为0.986,折半信度为0.882。结论 公众实施心肺复苏行为意向量表具有较好的信效度,可作为科学评估公众心肺复苏施救意向及开展针对性干预研究的工具。
Objective To develop a Public Behavior Intention Scale for Performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR),and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB),a preliminary scale was developed through literature reviewing,a semi-structured interview and the Delphi method. In April 2023,a face-to-face pre-survey was conducted in a community in Yangpu District,Shanghai,to form a test version of the scale. From May to June 2023,786 WeChat users were surveyed by snowball sampling to screen the items of the scale and test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The scale finally retained four dimensions,including behavioral intention,behavioral attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavioral control,with a total of 42 items. The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.867 to 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index was 0.844. The exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 80.817%. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting index of the scale structure model was acceptable. The Cronbach‘s alpha coefficient and split-half reliability of the scale were 0.986,0.882 respectively. Conclusion The Public Behavior Intention Scale for Performing CPR has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool for scientific evaluation of public CPR rescue intention and targeted intervention research.
