总结1例吉兰-巴雷综合征合并胃溃疡出血患者的围手术期护理体会。针对患者吉兰-巴雷综合征进展期易出现呼吸衰竭、合并胃溃疡反复出血止血困难等疑难问题,做好消化道出血风险评估及急救护理;落实呼吸衰竭的监测和护理;实施阶梯式早期肠内营养方案和以神经康复为目的 的运动方案;针对性做好出院指导等护理措施。患者经过23 d的治疗和护理,顺利出院,随访1个月状态良好,体重增加2 kg。
To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome combined with gastric ulcer bleeding. The following nursing measures were taken to address the patient's major problems of respiratory failure and difficulty in hemostasis for recurrent bleeding from combined gastric ulcer during the progression of Guillain-Barré syndrome,including risk assessment of gastrointestinal bleeding and emergency care,monitoring and care of respiratory failure,implementation of early nutrition program and motor program aimed at neurological rehabilitation,personalized discharge instruction. After 23 days of treatment and care,the patient was successfully discharged from the hospital. He was in good condition and his weight gained 2 kg at 1-month follow-up.
