中华护理学会于2021年12月发布《成人鼻肠管的留置与维护》团体标准,规范了成人鼻肠管留置与维护的操作要求,包括基本要求、置管、维护、拔管、并发症预防及处理。该文对标准中给出的建议进行解读,以期为临床护士应用该团体标准提供支持。
The Chinese Nursing Association issued the group standard "Intubation and Maintenance of Nasoentestinal Tube in Adult Patients" in December 2021,which standardized the basic requirements,intubation,maintenance,extubation,complication prevention and management of nasoentestinal tubes in adults. This article interprets the recommendation in the standard so as to provide clinical nurses the support for the implementation of this group standard.
