总结15例妊娠晚期合并脐动脉血栓患者产前临床表现及围产期护理经验。护理要点：早期识别脐动脉血栓形成的高危因素,加强胎心、胎动监测,预防低分子肝素不良反应,预防下肢深静脉血栓,实施个性化心理护理,做好新生儿抢救准备。经过严密监测、精心治疗和护理,该组15例患者顺利出院,母婴结局良好。
To summarize the prenatal clinical manifestations and perinatal nursing experience of 15 patients with umbilical artery thrombosis during late pregnancy. Nursing points：early identification of high-risk factors for umbilical artery thrombosis,strengthening monitoring of fetal heart and fetal movement,prevention of adverse drug reactions and deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,implementation of personalized psychological nursing,and preparation for newborn rescue. After close monitoring,careful treatment and nursing,the 15 patients were discharged successfully,and the outcome of the mother and baby were good.
