总结1例新生儿体外膜肺氧合（extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO）支持期间采用静脉留置针行胸腔闭式引流的护理体会。针对胎粪吸入综合征（meconium aspiration syndrome,MAS）的新生儿ECMO支持期间实施胸腔闭式引流护理,采取全程个体化护理措施,包括ECMO静脉留置针胸腔闭式引流的护理、出血事件应对、气道护理、疼痛干预、感染防控。经过精心治疗和护理,患儿病情稳定出院,出院后随访患儿状况良好。
To summarize the experience of a newborn with closed thoracic drainage by intravenous indwelling catheter during the support of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation（ECMO）. Aimed at the nursing of closed thoracic drainage during ECMO support for the newborn with meconium aspiration syndrome（MAS）,individualized nursing measures in the whole process were adopted,including nursing of closed thoracic drainage by intravenous indwelling catheter,response of bleeding event,airway care,infection prevention and control,pain intervention,combination of lung protection and prone position ventilation. After careful treatment and nursing,the patient was discharged steadily,and the follow-up of the patient was in good condition after discharge.
