总结1例法布雷病患者行心脏移植术后的临床护理体会。针对患者病情复杂、术后并发症等问题,采取循环目标导向管理、实施个体化酶替代疗法、观察术后并发症、提供个性化康复计划等措施。术后第25天,患者病情稳定出院。
The article summarized the postoperative nursing experience of a patient with Fabry disease undergoing heart transplantation. In view of the complex problems of patients' medical conditions and postoperative complications,measures such as circulatory goal-oriented management,implementing individualized enzyme replacement therapy,observing postoperative complications,and providing personalized rehabilitation plan were taken. On postoperative day 25,the patient was discharged in a stable condition.
