总结1例特发性肺间质纤维化患儿成功进行双肺移植手术后康复出院的护理体会。护理要点：有效通气氧疗、药物控制、缓解疼痛、早期康复、感染预防及并发症控制等。患儿术后36 d康复出院,随访6个月状况良好。
The nursing experience of a child with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis after successful bilateral lung transplantation was summarized. Key points：effective ventilation oxygen therapy,drug control,pain relief,early bedside rehabilitation exercise,infection prevention and complication control. The child recovered and was discharged 36 d after surgery,and was in good condition for 6 months of follow-up after discharge.
