总结1例晚期妊娠合并产单核细胞李斯特菌感染继发脓毒症患者的护理体会。护理要点为早期识别妊娠期脓毒症,积极预防并发症,多学科团队协作,引产护理与心理支持。经过10 d的精心治疗与护理,患者康复出院。
To summarize nursing experience of sepsis secondary to Listeria monocytogenes infection in a pregnant woman during late pregnancy. The key points of care included early recognition of sepsis in pregnancy,prevention of complications,multidisciplinary treatment,labour induction nursing and psychological support. After 10 days of careful treatment and care,the patient recovered and was discharged.
