总结1例早衰综合征并发脑卒中患儿的护理体会。护理要点：启动应急流程,进行症状监测及急救处理;实施康复科医生主导,医护、家长共同参与的早期康复干预;早期采取鼻饲喂养、定期评估吞咽功能、合理食物性质的过渡、正确的喂养方式以有效防止窒息,确保足够的营养需要;疾病适应性预防及延续性护理为患儿提供人文关怀。经上述护理,患儿入院17 d后出院。门诊期随访4个月,恢复良好。
This paper summarized the nursing experience of a child with Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome complicated with stroke. Key points of nursing included the start of emergency process to carry out symptom monitoring and first aid treatment; the implementation of rehabilitation doctor led medical care and early rehabilitation intervention with parents' participation; early nasal feeding,regular evaluation of swallowing function,reasonable transition of food properties and correct feeding methods to effectively prevent asphyxia and ensure adequate nutritional needs; adaptive disease prevention and continuous nursing to provide humanistic care for children. After the above care,the child was discharged 17 days after admission. The patient was followed up for 4 months and recovered well.
