总结1例特重型烧伤镰刀菌感染致脓毒性休克患者的护理体会。护理要点：积极液体复苏,加强液体管理;换药时对感染创面及敷料进行严格管理,避免感染扩散;优化创面负压吸引管理;加强眼部保护,防止感染性角膜炎;加强环境清洁消毒,避免交叉感染。经过2个月的抗感染治疗后患者生命体征逐渐稳定,全身感染控制有效,后患者因家庭经济原因放弃治疗。
To summarize the nursing of septic shock caused by Fusarium infection in patient with severe burn. Nursing points：active fluid resuscitation and strength of fluid management. During the change of dressing,the infected wound and dressing should be strictly managed to avoid the spread of infection. Nurses optimized the management of wound negative pressure suction; strengthened eye protection to prevent infectious keratitis; enhanced environmental cleaning and disinfection to avoid cross-infection. The vital signs of the patient became stable and the infection was effectively controlled after two months of anti-inflammatory treatment, but the patient's family gave up the treatment for financial reasons later.
