Intervention strategies for elderly trauma patients：a scoping review

目的 对老年创伤患者干预策略进行范围综述，为改善老年创伤患者临床管理实践提供参考。方法 系统检索PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网，搜集有关老年创伤患者干预策略的研究，检索时限为建库至2025年7月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献和提取资料。结果 共纳入21篇文献，老年创伤患者干预策略结构上包括老年病学会诊、多学科联合管理、设立老年专科创伤单元或病房等；内容上包括老年综合评估、用药调整、跨学科查房等；结局指标包括院内病死率、并发症发生率、住院时间等，较少研究测量患者出院后结局和自我报告结局。结论 老年创伤患者干预策略结构上基本一致，实施过程存在差异，结局测量尚有局限，有待更多证据来明确策略要素和标准流程，并对患者出院结局和自我报告结局进行研究。

Objective To conduct a scoping review on intervention strategies for elderly trauma patients，providing references for improving clinical management practices. Methods PubMed，Embase，CINAHL，Cochrane Library，Web of Science，CNKI，CBM，Wanfang Data，and VIP databases were searched to collect studies on intervention strategies for elderly trauma patients，covering the period from database inception to July 2025. Two researcher screened the literature and extracted the data independently. Results A total of 21 studies were included. The geriatric-centered interventions for elderly trauma patients structurally included geriatric consultation，multidisciplinary collaborative management，and the establishment of specialized geriatric trauma units/wards. Contents of interventions encompassed comprehensive geriatric assessment，medication adjustment，and interdisciplinary ward rounds. Outcome measures included in-hospital mortality，complication rates，length of stay. Post-discharge and patient-reported outcomes were rarely included. Conclusion The structural framework of geriatric-centered interventions for elderly trauma patients is generally consistent，though implementation processes vary. Outcome measurement remains limited，highlighting the need for more evidence to clarify strategy components and standardize processes，as well as to investigate post-discharge outcomes and patient-reported outcomes.
