目的 观察基于峰终定律的人文关怀护理对ICU患者临床结局、患者满意度、心理状态及家属满意度的干预效果。方法 选取2024年7月—2025年7月北京市某三级医院ICU病区收治的100例患者，用随机数字表将患者分为试验组（n=50）和对照组（n=50），试验组实施基于峰终定律的人文关怀护理，对照组实施常规ICU护理。主要观察指标包括临床结局（ICU住院天数、谵妄发生率）、患者满意度，次要观察指标包括患者心理状态、家属满意度。结果 试验组平均ICU住院天数短于对照组[（9.12±1.89） d和（10.45±2.10） d，t=3.329，P=0.001]；且试验组谵妄发生率低于对照组（14.00%和34.00%，χ²=5.482，P=0.019）；试验组在了解需求、沟通与决策、尊重与隐私保护、舒适护理、关怀与支持、转科与回访方面得分均高于对照组（均P<0.001）；试验组在医院焦虑抑郁量表-焦虑分量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表-抑郁分量表、事件影响量表修订版得分均低于对照组（均P<0.05）；试验组中文版重危患者家属满意度量表得分[（97.35±10.26）分]高于对照组[（84.31±11.54）分]，差异均有统计学意义（t=5.971，P<0.001）。结论 基于峰终定律的人文关怀护理能够提高患者满意度以及家属满意度，降低患者心理应激风险，提高护理质量。

Objective To observe the intervention effects of humanistic care nursing based on the peak-end rule on clinical outcomes，psychological status，and family satisfaction in ICU patients. Methods One hundred patients admitted to the ICU ward of a tertiary hospital in Beijing from July 2024 to July 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group（n=50） and a control group（n=50） using a random number table. The experimental group received humanistic care nursing based on the peak-end rule，while the control group received routine ICU care. Primary outcome measures included clinical outcomes（length of ICU stay，incidence of delirium） and patient satisfaction. Secondary outcome measures included patient psychological status and family experience. Results The average length of ICU stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group[（9.12±1.89） days vs. （10.45±2.10） days，t=3.329，P=0.001]. The incidence of delirium in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（14.00% vs. 34.00%，χ²=5.482，P=0.019）. The experimental group scored higher than the control group in the dimensions of understanding needs，communication and decision-making，respect and privacy protection，comfort care，caring and support，and transfer and follow-up（all P<0.001）. Scores for Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale-Anxiety（HADS-A） and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale-Depression（HADS-D），and Impact of Event Scale-Revised（IES-R） in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group（all P<0.05）. The Chinese version of the Critical Care Family Satisfaction Survey（C-CCFSS） score in the experimental group[（97.35±10.26） points] was higher than that in the control group[（84.31±11.54） points]，and this difference was statistically significant（t=5.971，P<0.001）. Conclusion Humanistic care nursing based on the peak-end rule can improve patient satisfaction and family experience，reduce the risk of psychological stress in patients，and enhance the quality of nursing care.
