Abstract:

In order to fight against the sudden outbreak of COVID-19，the nursing department of our hospital quickly established and operated a nursing management organizational structure，prepared various units for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with COVID-19，conducted effective human resource deployment and comprehensive staff training，implement comprehensive and seamless measures， and controled key procedures accurately and scientifically to ensure timely treatment of patients and prevent the spread of the virus in the hospital. This article summarized the practical experience of nursing management in epidemic prevention and control to provides reference for the response to the similar public health emergencies in the future.
